6. 資料與私隱
您的客戶業務資料：體驗版僅儲存於您的瀏覽器本地，無雲端備份；基礎版與專業版會自動以端到端加密（AES-GCM）形式備份並儲存於伺服器，伺服器無法讀取其內容（詳見《隱私政策》）。使用 AI 功能時，您的對話與提示內容會傳送至我們接入的第三方高級 AI 大模型（由設於中國內地及海外的國內外模型共同提供）以生成回覆，並受其各自條款規管；您的客戶資料不會自動發送給 AI。
6. Data & privacy: on the Trial plan your business data stays in your browser by default with no cloud backup; on Basic and Pro plans it is automatically backed up and stored end-to-end encrypted (AES-GCM) and cannot be read by our server (see Privacy Policy). When you use AI features, your conversation content is sent to a third-party advanced AI model (provided jointly by domestic and overseas AI models based in mainland China and abroad) to generate replies and is governed by that provider's terms; your client data is not automatically sent to the AI.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution: these terms and any dispute arising from use of the service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law principles). The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party shall refer the dispute to arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its Administered Arbitration Rules, seated in Hong Kong and conducted in Chinese (Traditional) or English; the arbitral award is final and binding on both parties. The service is intended for licensed Hong Kong property agency use; users are responsible for verifying accuracy and complying with applicable laws.
12. Changes: we may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notified to you via in-app notice or email; your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
